Can anyone shed any light on my test results from blue horizon please 🙏🏻 can’t get to see my own Dr for 2 weeks - they’ve highlighted in red the magnesium levels for being over normal range

Test was taken at 2:30pm but I had fasted overnight until then. I read it’s optimal to do the test in the morning and in hindsight I should have waited until the next morning. But I’ll know that for next time. I don’t take any supplements or medication. Am seeing Dr on Monday as I have just started having rheumatoid arthritis (needs to be confirmed). I have a condition called Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria with angioedema and anaphylaxis. Obviously this is all immune related so thought it prudent to have thyroid testing to check as GP often don’t test for all the things.
Not sure why my Magnesium is currently high? I used to have low magnesium was given B12 and Magnesium infusions but that was 20 years ago for CFS (more immune things!). I wonder if that might be a test issue, I read it can often be a false reading. Might ask dr to retest that.
No idea why FT4 and FT3 are low or what that indicates.
Guess I just have a slightly rubbish immune system!
