Blood test results - would appreciate some advice please

Could someone give me any advice please before my daughters attends her hospital appointment? They were meant to monitor but due to Covid this did not happe, so it is a year plus since her nodules were looked at.

How does she feel?

In terms of thyroid results, is she I assume she is on medication ... Free T4 is only 41% through range and free T3 is slightly better at 51% - so she's a good converter but both are quite low in range. If she doesn't feel tip-top I'd ask for an extra 25 mcg of levo per day. TSH is high enough that a small increase shouldn't cause it to drop too low and scare a GP.

But nutrients aren't good. Hopefully SeasideSusie or SlowDragon will pop up in a bit - but I'd say that ferritin, folate, B12 and vit D all need help

If she's not on thyroid meds, she won't get any prescribed with everything "in range" - but should still try and improve nutrients x

At present she is not prescribed medication but I think she might benefit some to support her.......she seems constantly tired (could be her job Cabin Crew). Her doctor has only advised vitamin D.....I will pass on your advice regarding her nutrients. Thank you very much for your advice 😁
