Hi everyone, I’m new to this forum and looking for some advice if possible. My daughter is 19 years old. She was feeling unwell in the early fall 2019. Symptoms were anxiety, night sweats, hand tremors feeling exhausted but couldn’t sleep, irregular periods. She does take Zoloft for depression. We went to the doctors, she increased her dose of Zoloft and it helped a little bit. Had blood drawn definitely thinking her iron or B12 were low. They both came back well into the upper range. Doctor sent her for more blood work as I mentioned to her that thyroid troubles are on both sides of the family.
Blood work Nov 18th 2019
TSH 0.24 (0.32-4.00) mu/l
DHEAS 10.6 (<9.8) umol/l
Estradiol 144 pmol/l ( had test done during follicular stage ref: 77-921 pmol/l
Testosterone 15 (<56 pmol/l)
Had more bloodwork due to low TSH
Nov 27 2019
TSH 0.33
FT4 11 (9-19 pmol/l)
FT3 4.3 (2.6-5.8 pmol/l
Thyroglobulin antibody <10 ref <40 KIU/L
Thyroperoidase antibody <10 ref <35
Erythrocyte sed rate 2 (2-30 mm/hr)
Doc wanted to wait a couple of months to see if things change.
Feb 4 2020
TSH 0.43
FT4 11 (9-19 pmol/l)
FT3 5.1 (2.6-5.8)
FSH 6.4 IU/l (3.0-8 follicular stage)
LH 4.0 IU/l (2.0-12.00 follicular stage)
Doctor said everything is normal but she still doesn’t feel like herself at all. Any advice would be much appreciated!! Thank you!!

How good is good ? I appreciate you are new to to the Forum - but you will soon see that everyone likes the result with the range. Without we are guessing !
B12 would be better over 500 to prevent cognitive decline and neurological symptoms. Could it Be B12 - film and book by Sally Pacholok - film on YouTube !
I am not an Iron expert - but the results look OK. Folate ? VitD ?
So is she supplementing B12 ? Maybe a GOOD B Complex would help the B12 level and provide Folate/B9/Folic Acid. B12 and Folate work together in an important way in the body. If B12 is low then it could suggest that Folate and VitD will also be low ...
