Some labs vitamins and thyroid

Hi everyone so i got some labs in..i went to emergency room yesterday(they gave me i.v fluids) these are some vitamins and she didnt test free t3 which i requested and vit.d is missing ugh these doctors. Vit b12 >2000pg/ml range >=200pg/ml. Ferritin 31ng/ml range 22-291. Folate 131 range >=4.0 ng/ml. Tsh <0.1ulu range 0.4 -4.2. Free t4 1.2 range 0.8 -1.7 total t3 184 range 50 -170. I see i need work on ferritin and prob many others this is just some i got back today in the past on erfa or np thyroid i felt good on suppressed tsh(0.01) and t4 1.3 or 1.4 currently on ts for 3 and half weeks 2.5 grains but past 3 days been trying 2.25 i know tht tests can be skewed ect they did these n e.r so i actually wanted to wait on my thyroid tests i emailed them asked if i can get vit d and free t3 not total p.s i looked back in 2007 when i was hypo my tsh was a woping 122.7!!😬had rai done.i been feeling the up and downs some days i feel normal and some others half days i feel good vise versa thank you
