Can you please advise and comment on my latest results I am back to feeling wacked out in the mornings, tired during day and in evenings, not sleeping well, suffering joint pain.and to top that I now have terrific foot pain due to Plantar Fasciitis.

I have been on 100 mg levo since last december.

Vit D 1000, + vit K2 MK7, Selinium High strength cod liver oil 2000 mg. Magnesium spray and magnesium salt baths,

Lab results are

TSH 0.786 mIU/L 0.27 - 4.20

Free Thyroxine 22.500 pmol/L 12.00 - 22.00

Free T3 4.36 pmoI/L 3.10 - 6.80

Thyroglobulin Antibody <10 IU/mL 0.00 - 115.00

Thyroid Peroxidase

Antibodies 12.4 IU/mL 0.00 - 34.00

VITS Active B12 137.000 pmoI/L 25.10 - 165.00

Folate (serum) 7.17 ug/L 2.91 - 50.00

25 OH Vit D 72.2 nmoI/L 50.00 - 200.00

BIO Chem

Inflammation Marker

CPR - High Sensitivity 0.45 mg/I 0.00 - 5.00

Ferritin 108 ug/L 13.00 - 150.00

Any help would be appreciated as I feel I cannot carry on like this for much longer.

These could do with improving, they are both lower than posted previously:

Folate (serum) 7.17 ug/L 2.91 - 50.00

As previously advised, this needs to be at least half way through range. Are you taking a good B Complex, eg. Thorne Basic B or Igennus Super B as suggested?

25 OH Vit D 72.2 nmoI/L 50.00 - 200.00

Did you increase the amount of D3 that you take, as suggested?

In reply to your previous post I suggested

You could continue using your 3000iu spray, maybe double dose 2 or 3 days a week to bump it up. You need to reach 100-150nmol/L then find your maintenance dose

but you now say you are taking 1000iu.

Other vitamins/minerals are fine.

This is a problem

Free Thyroxine 22.500 pmol/L 12.00 - 22.00

Free T3 4.36 pmoI/L 3.10 - 6.80

As mentioned before, your conversion isn't that good, you could do with slightly less Levo and the addition of T3.

Where are you Breena? Not sure if I missed it in your message, but it’ll help people to recommend someone local if you give an area.

Sorry I’m in the East Midlands so my endo would be a bit of a hike for you - but I’m sure someone on here will be able to help.

I see you’re getting advice for the other things but wanted to check, are you gluten free? I had plantar fasciitis and it went away when I went gluten free!
