My results can someone see if they are normal

I have a report stating I don't have no issues with these results

I have been taking for the last month ferretin fumerate 210mg my ferretin marker was down to 24 so doc put me on iron.

Any help would be great.

TSH is a bit high as free T3 is too low. Folate is way too low (needs to be half way through range) and vit D could be much better - should be between 100 and 150.
