I don't know who Dr Robin Daniels is, but I should ask him for the ranges, if I were you. Impossible to make any comment on those results without them. Except to say that your B12 is very high - have you been supplementing? And your TSH is slightly elevated. No idea about the rest. Sorry.

Yes I been self injecting for a week everyday.but then I came up with this massive flu like symptoms and sleeping all day for a whole week because of the b12 injection so I stopped till I feel better

Good idea to stop, because it's very high. But, that won't be an accurate result because you're taking B12. You have to stop for 5 months to get an accurate result.

I will see because I really want to see the benefits of b12 from hair growth etc.

My white blood count came low I'm assuming because of the flight like symptoms I got from injections b12

I don't know, but I think iron is more important for hair than B12, and your ferritin looks low.

I asked the doctor and he doesn't know what I mean by ranges . Is there another way of explaining it to him?

Ah. Um… Not sure about that. You could try telling him it's the two numbers in brackets after the result, the interval in which the result should fall to be 'normal'. Something like :

TSH 6.5 (0.25 - 4.3)

Or something like that. There, the result is out of range.

Not what you're looking for?
