welcome to the forum

Do you have a diagnosis of thyroid disease

Or do you suspect you might have a thyroid issue

What are your main symptoms

Are you currently taking any medication…if yes what exactly

are you in the U.K.

any autoimmune disease in close family ?

Have you had coeliac blood test

Are you male or female

Approx age?

There’s no thyroid related test results there

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested

Also both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested at least once

Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least once year minimum

About 90% of primary hypothyroidism is autoimmune thyroid disease, usually diagnosed by high TPO and/or high TG thyroid antibodies

Autoimmune thyroid disease with goitre is Hashimoto’s

Autoimmune thyroid disease without goitre is Ord’s thyroiditis.

Both are autoimmune and generally called Hashimoto’s.

Significant minority of Hashimoto’s patients only have high TG antibodies (thyroglobulin)

Low vitamin levels are extremely common when hypothyroid, especially with autoimmune thyroid disease

20% of autoimmune thyroid patients never have high thyroid antibodies and ultrasound scan of thyroid can get diagnosis

In U.K. medics hardly ever refer to autoimmune thyroid disease as Hashimoto’s (or Ord’s thyroiditis)

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins

Testing options and includes money off codes for private testing

There’s no range on GFR

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl....

Serum creatinine increases while eGFR decreases in hypothyroidism whereas serum creatinine decreases and eGFR increases in hyperthyroidism. These results are in accordance with previous research [2,7,8]. An increase in serum creatinine was linked with an increase in TSH levels.

Serum creatinine level 99 umol/L [45 - 84]

Outside reference range

As SlowDragon said, if you have a Vitamin B12 test result and a Folate test result you should post them with the reference ranges.

This result :

Mean cell volume 100.5 fL [80 - 98] Above reference range

could be explained by low or below range Vitamin B12 and/or low or below range folate.

Just a note for future reference...

You don't need to copy the words "Coded entry -" everywhere. They don't add anything useful to the information you're supplying.

And you don't need to copy the codes in brackets before the actual test result, for example, (XaldY), (XE2q5), or (X77Wi) or any other the others of that type.
