Her thyroid bloods are good. There's a bit of space for a tiny increase, but doubtful if her doctor would agree.

On the other hand, her vit D and ferritin are too low. And, that could be making her feel bad. Her B12 and folate could be better. Is she supplementing any of these?

No suplements no. Couls a t3 drug be more suitable ? Why ft4 not gone up much?

Her FT4 has gone up quite a lot. As much as one would expect on a 25 mcg increase.

T3 is not a drug, it is a hormone. And, no, it wouldn't be more suitable because she is converting well, and her FT3 is quite high.

But, she needs to sort out those nutrients. Not only do low nutrients cause symptoms, but they affect how well your body uses thyroid hormone.

Her ft4 was 15 before she started meds and only 19 now after 100 mg ? What would bloods say if she making reverse t3

Think of it the other way round. If her FT4 were any higher, she'd be making rT3. She doesn't really want her FT4 any higher because that would impair her conversion. Both her Frees are at a good level, now. If she still has symptoms, then other things should be looked at before thinking about adding in more hormone. Starting with her nutrients. But maybe also her cortisol.

why isnt she loosing weight? Would low nutrients stop you Her cortisol was 300 last time we had done but ive ordwred her a 24 hour saliva test to do

Yes, low nutrients would stop her losing weight, because low nutrients would mean she's not using her thyroid hormone properly.

A 24 hour saliva test is best. The serum test is notoriously unreliable, and only tells you a small part of the story.

If I were you, I would start a new post asking about vitamins and minerals, so that those that know more about dosages than me, can answer. :)
