I must say though, since stopping my levothyroxine and changing the foods I eat I feel better In myself.
I still feel the cold, have dry skin and hair seems to be thinning. And I still have random head and body feelings.
But In brief, the consultant basically said that all is fine, TSH is in the upper half of the range, and recommend that people feel better when it’s below 2?
All Vitamins are good too apparently.

Suggest you repeat the test or get GP to do so in a further 6 weeks, or sooner if you start to feel worse
How long have you been taking Levo?
Usually it's for life, very very rare to be able to stop taking it
GP's don't always know much about thyroid disease.
Levothyroxine is not like antibiotics where you take it until results are normal then stop. The Thyroid blood results only improve because you take and continue to take the thyroid hormones daily.
What were your previous results before stopping
All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after.
As Skeptical says you need to improve low B12 and folate
When you start taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results
