Just glanced thru...looks OK but TSH should be closer to one or less.

More importantly tho: have you done any of the previously recommended steps yet? It was discussed going gluten free, so have you?

You mentioned trying NDT have you switched yet? What is your dosage if so?

Hi, i have just 2 days ago got back off holiday so gluten free starts next Monday, i have a water filter now, lots of dedicated vitamins and probiotics etc , is Thyrogloblurin Antibody reading not scary?

No. It just tells you you tested positive for Hashi's. Most hypo patients have Hashi's (I do too).

Here's a link or 2 or more info on Hashimotos so you have a better idea of what it means:

I'm very happy you are invested in going gluten free. If either you or your partner likes to bake there are tons of gluten free cook books to rely on for the switch too.

the thought of it fill's me with dread, its hard enough being type 1 diabetic and not being able to eat certain foods and now this

Look at it this way: with Candida, leaky gut and the aforementioned weight issues maybe this is what your body needs? Perhaps it's a turning point. Baby steps: seek out a bread that you like. It seems to me it's been mentioned here that Sainsbury has a decent GF line. And not unreasonable. Worth checking into. Create a new post here titled " need GF advice... where's the best tasting and reasonably priced products?" Or something like that. You will get a ton of replies 🙂
