I was diagnosed as hypothyroid in April. As my doctor only tested for TSH & T4 at both my blood tests I decided to have a private test to give myself more information. At the moment I'm on 100mcg levothyroxine and I've been gluten free for the past 4 weeks
These are my results taken 1st thing, no food, no levo
Apart from the antibodies everything appears to be in range but from reading various posts I'm aware that 'in range' doesn't always mean optimal. Is there anything else I could / should be doing to help myself?
Also am I correct that the presence of the Antibodies would indicate that I have Hashimotos?
Any information or advice would be gratefully received.

You appear to be optimally dose on 100mcg Levothyroxine. TSH is low-normal, FT4 is in the upper range and FT3 is half way through range.
Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Levothyroxine treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.
B12 531 is unlikely to be deficient and folate 10 is adequate.
Ferritin is optimal halfway through range. You can raise ferritin by supplementing iron with 1,000mcg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation. Take iron 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.
VitD 82 is in the replete range 75 - 200 but you will need to supplement 2,000iu D3 Oct-Apr to maintain level. Take D3 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.
