High ferritin? I don't supplement?

Hi all I've just had my most recent results back from medichecks as follows,

TSH 0.226 ( 0.27-4.20) this has come down from 3.85 in April when I increased my levo dose to 125 from 100

T4 131.2 (59.00 -154.00) up from 91.7 in April

T3 4.5 (3.10-6.80) up from 4.16 in April

My antibodies have also come down since April but are still 492 (0.00-125) and 297.9 (0.00 -34.00) antibodies were over 1000 when I started on levo in February.

B12 364 (140.00-724) this has reduced from 410 in April

Folate 13.19 (2.91-50.00) this has come down from 17.13 in April

Vit D 86.65 (50.00-200.00) gone up since April from 76.23

CRP 0.7 (0.00-5.00) has come down from 1.1 in April

My concern is iron ferritin which is now 173.5 (13.00-150.00) which has gone up since April of 152.3,

The only supplements I'm currently taking are selenium 200mcg vitamin E vitamin C and magnesium citrate.

Medichecks doc has suggested another iron check in a month, I do eat LOTs of spinach watercress sea food and red meat?? I am also concerned my doc with want to reduce my levo? Any advice greatly appreciated just to add I took my blood at 8am before my levo dose and my body temp first thing is usually around 35.5 and I have cut out gluten and dairy.

Why did you do the TT4, and not the FT4? The TT4 gives no useful information.

How do you feel with those levels? If you feel good, and your doctor suggests reducing your dose, just say no. There's no reason to reduce because your FT3 isn't even mid-range, and that's the most important number. The TSH is irrelevant once you're on thyroid hormone replacement, doesn't matter how low it goes. And don't let your doctor tell you any different! It's your body, and he is just there to advise you, not dictate to you. Stand your ground. And, if he insists on reducing your prescription, anyway, buy your own!

Your B12 is a bit low. Needs to be over 500. So, that could do with supplementing.

Thanks grey goose the free thyroxine was 20.55 (12.00-22.00)? That's the only result I didn't put on I had the medichecks thyroid ultra plus Vits test, and yes I feel well now even thinking of starting to run a bit again? And I haven't been back for my blood test with the doc because all they test is the TSH anyway? Am I not converting well?
