TSH is low, FT4 is in the upper range and FT3 is quite good for someone taking Levothyroxine. Thyroid antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's).
Ferritin is optimal halfway way through range so yours is good.
Vitamin D is insufficient not deficient. I've edited your results so it reads easier. I would buy D3 softgel capsules and take 5,000iu daily for 8 weeks and then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days and retest in May. Take vitD 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.
Your TSH is fine. Just be wary of doctors particularly your GP saying it is too low and wanting to bring it up. If you feel OK then don't let them meddle with your dose of levo.
