Serum Vitamin B12 501 [ 189 -883] - recommended is very top of range, even 900-1000. I would supplement with Solgar or Jarrows sublingual methylcobalamin lozenges 1000mcg daily. When supplementing with B12 we need a B Complex to balance the B vits. Look for one that contains methylfolate rather than folic acid and avoid cheap supermarket own brand, Boots and Holland and Barrett as they tend to contain cheap ingredients and frequently the wrong form.

Serum Folate 13.2 [4.80 -19.00] - this should be at least half way through it's range so it's fine.

Serum TSH 2 [0.40 -5.00] - a lot of people would find this a bit high. Most people feel best when it's around 1.

Serum FreeT4 12 [9.00 -19.00] - around the bottom third of the range. Most people feel better when it's around the top third of the range.
