I currently take 2 grains NDT and Nutri Adrenal Extra on the advice of Dr. Peatfeild. I was taking Adcal on the advice of my GP, but stopped taking it on the advice of the forum because of the effects of excess calcium without sufficient vitamin K2. I feel awful at the moment, but when I started taking NDT in August I felt so much better. I would like help interpreting my results please. Also, I feel more inclined to take the forums advice on what brand of Vitamins D and B12 I should be taking. I probably will go to my GP, but don't really want to!

You might consider increasing NDT dose to raise FT3 which is low in range. Most people will feel well with FT3 5.0-6.8.
Antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's).
Ferritin is optimal halfway through range to 100. You could supplement iron with 1,000mcg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation. Take iron 4 hours away from NDT.
Adcal will have been prescribed to raise your vitamin D. I'm not in favour of supplementing calcium unless a blood test shows low calcium and raising vitD level will raise calcium level anyway, so I would buy 5,000iu D3 softgel capsules and take these for 3 months and then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days and retest in May. I'm currently using Doctor's Best Take vitD 4 hours away from NDT.
B12 is very low. If you have symptoms of B12 deficiency b12d.org/b12-signs-symptoms... ask your GP to test Intrinsic Factor antiboides to rule out pernicious anaemia. You can also ask healthunlocked.com/pasoc for advice. If not, you can supplement 1,000mcg methylcobalamin to raise levels and take a B Complex vitamin. Jarrows Formula and Sogar sublingual lozenges are popular and Boost BetterYou Spray is good too.

Thank you for this advice . You have said take iron 4 hours away from NDT , what about B12 and vitamin D? Also , should I take a vitamin B complex as well as methylcobalamin? What dose of NDT would you suggest I up my intake to? Sorry , so many questions ! !
