TSH is low, FT4 mildly elevated, and FT3 good. You don't appear to have a conversion issue so I'm not sure you'll have much benefit from adding T3 to T4. Still, if you want to try, I suggest you reduce Levothyroxine to 150mcg and add 6.25mcg T3.
VitD is replete >75 and most people are comfortable around 100. Supplement 5,000iu for 8-12 weeks then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days.

Depending on age decides level of vit D at age 45+ it's should be 50 so yours is a little low. An ordinary supplement follow directions or ask in health store they would know but I use vit D3 with calcium
Doctors Best do a D3 softgel capsule which aids absorption. They do 1, 5 and 10000IU capsules. Take with a good quality Vitamin K2 supplement to redirect the calcium to the bones rather than the tissues and ideally consume with a meal with healthy fats which will also help absorption.
Well, I Don't think you are converting very well, witnessed by the fact that you need your FT4 over-range in order to have an FT3 of less than 75%. FT3 should be higher in rante than the FT4 if you're converting well. So, I think you would benefit from a little T3. But, as clutter says, do lower your Levo when adding the T3.
If you're not feeling any benefit from being gluten-free, then the next step is to try eating it again, and see how you feel.
B12 is optimal at 1000, so that could do with going up a bit. Your folate is good, but you should still supplement with a B complex when taking B12, to keep your Bs balanced.
Hi thanks for reply, Still feeling a bit heady and get tired really easily so i thought I would try a reduction in t4 maybe down to 100 eventually and top up with t3 till I feel human. The GF thing has dropped my AB but only a little, bit disappointed because it was hard to do. Have found out today I have a low testosterone count as well so not sure how much influenence this is having. NHS is making this much harder than it needed to be I think but that seems to be the norm.
All hormones are linked. So, if one is skewed, the rest are likely to be. Hopefully, the testosterone will rise when you get your thyroid hormone levels up.
