Hi i would appreciate any help with these blood results t4 15.04(9-24) tsh 2.06(0.3-6) i take 75micrograms of levothyroxine. Feeling very tired all the time. Take vit D and iron

Andree, I think you are a little undermedicated. The goal of Levothyroxine is to restore the patient to euthyroid status and for most people this will be when TSH is just above or below 1.0 with FT4 higher in range. Read Treatment Options in thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_... Email louise,[e-mail] for a copy of the Pulse article if you would like to show it to your GP when you request a dose increase.

Make sure you take iron and vitD 4 hours away from Levothyroxine as they will reduce absorption otherwise.
