Weazle, what thyroid medication are you taking? The type of medication we take affects how the results are interpreted. The TSH result is odd in my opinion but can't say more till we know about your medication.

Your TSH is too high.

Your FT4 low in range suggestive of possible Hypothyroidism if you have Hashimoto's Autoimmune Thyroiditis.

Surprisingly your FT3 is OK.

Have you had any Thyroid Antibodies tested? TPO Ab and /or TgAb for examples?

Have you has an Ultrasound scan of your Thyroid?

Do you have any blood tests results for Vitamin D and B12 levels to share?

Edit:

I see from an earlier post of yours that you have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's. So why aren't you being treated with Levothyroxine for Hypothyroidism?

The target Therapeutic level of TSH (once diagnosed ) is maximum of 2 (most on here say it should be below 1). So yours is too high anyway.

Having said this - your FT3 is fine. But you have Hypothyroid symptoms? ?

The target TSH Therapeutic level (once you have been diagnosed) is maximum of 2. This is to protect the Pituitary Gland from over working by producing too much TSH.

However, I don't understand as your FT3 is good. And that's what's needed.

Doesn't seem to match TSH and FT4 result.

If you have Hashimotos you are hypothyroid.Docs usually do not treat until TSH is at least 10 in UK so you stay ill. With Hashimotos results often fluctuate.

As you have Hashimoto's it's important to regularly retest vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin

What supplements are you taking?

Your FT4 is low and TSH high

You may benefit from starting on Levothyroxine

Urinary tract infections (UTI) are more common when hypothyroid
