length of zoladex and tobelone- side effects felt?
I don’t know if this is the
zoladex
or the HRT. They have prescribed me 9 months of treatment. Just wanted to see if this was just me. nothing has changed in my life for the feelings that I’m experiencing. thanks

Getting pregnant with fibroids
I had previous treatment with
zoladex
and operation . In a couple of months later we did first FET, that was unsuccessful. At this point new pair of fibroids did grow. now 3 months later they have grown even more, and I am lost whether we continue with FET or need fibroids treatment.

Looking for Encouragement
The urologist started him and casadex and he has had one injection of
Zoladex
. In July he met with an MO, who has suggested triplet therapy of ADT, docetaxel, and nubeqa and we agree that this is the best option for him.

83 years old - Firmagon or Zoladex ? Conflicted which to choose.
His blood pressure is 115/70 I am conflicted whether to choose Firmagon or
Zoladex
. Dr is ok with either. I want to go with Firmagon but I see some say they have very strong reactions with it and that makes me scared . Any thoughts would be much appreciated .

Is pluvicto helping?
I’m on
zoladex
quarterly as well. I currently feel good compared to when i began pluvicto. My labwork are all normal, no abnormalities. My last scans show reduced mets in lymph nodes but still in bones and no progression.

Zoladex privately in London?
hi has anyone gone private for
zoladex
in London? I’m trying to find a clinic/dr but struggling. My GP refuses without gyno and the referral for them on the NHS is so long. Any recommendations for individuals welcomed please, thanks.

Cancer returned.
Back in 2006 I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer with a PSA of 17, treatment was 20 sessions of radiotherapy followed by
Zoladex
implant every 3 months for 3 years, my PSA then dropped to 0.10. There it remained until 2011 when it went up to 0.40.

Zoladex Injection
How long until you saw results/side affects from
zoladex
? Did it stop you periods altogether? What happens after the initial 6 months? Do you then go onto a pill or does it depend on how effective
zoladex
was for you?

On
Zoladex
until it quits, then onto BAT. Life is good. My ONC was a bit concerned about getting back into skiing seven years ago. It has worked out fine. Love to all of youse!

what’s the next step?
I had my first period after the
zoladex
this week. And it was horrendous for the first 4 days. My ovulation was horrendous with pain too. I just don’t know what my next step is. Could I say I’m lucky enough to only have a small amount of adenomyosis growing.

My first PSA after HT reporting confusion
I’ve just finish 19 months of
Zoladex
and RT to prostate only (localised G9 / PSMA/CT clear no evidence of SV involvement with PSA 6) My usual lab have been reporting my PSA as <0.01 ug/L since RT 18 months ago. My first 3 month testosterone is 0.8 nmol/L (23 ng/dL) and my PSA <0.03 !

What Now?
In November I was put on
Zoladex
injections with Tibilone HRT tablets, this helped the pain a lot and reduced it to a few times within the 3 month period of being on it. Now the last 2 weeks the pain has returned with a vengeance.

I am still only receiving
Zoladex
injections every three months. I did try Abiraterone 2022/2023 and it failed after a few months. I have been trying to get my Oncologist to prescribe Enzalutamide.

pregnancy and spotting
I had my stage4 endometriosis removed in march 2023 and was placed on
zoladex
for 6 months after. Completed my
zoladex
and went for IVF. We tested positive last week with 2 embryo transfer and this is our 3rd week in the pregnancy.

Part Rant and Zoladex Question
Plus I'm reading
Zoladex
without HRT is brutal, so why the brutal treatment yet again? I've been enduring for six months now, and frankly, I've had enough. No relief, just extra pain and a growing resentment for the consultant who sold me this ticket to the
Zoladex
rollercoaster.

Experience of Zoladex injections please??
My consultant has suggested the next step is
Zoladex
injections. I am 51 years and feels like I am perimenopausal so starting with occasional symptoms of this. I am really nervous to try these injections as I don't like the idea of messing with my body and also the side affects sound a bit rough!

Timing of Docetaxel
For 2+ years have been taking
Zoladex
, Zytiga and Prednisolone. The CT bone scans and Nuclear medicine full body scans every 6 months show no radiographic progression and I feel ok, apart from fatigue when not active. Recently have some discomfort in left hip when climbing stairs.

Both ovaries out or not?
I'm about to try
zoladex
to see how it goes and they want me to do that before my op. Has anyone had experience of this? Either one or both ovaries removed and how it affected them?

Tibolone HRT offered for pain relief of Pudendal Nueralgia alongside 3 injections of Zoladex into the abdominal wall?
Hi everyone, I had a gynecologist offer me Tibolone HRT tablets alongside 3 injections of
Zoladex
into the abdominal wall 4x weekly. Looking these medications up I've seen a ton of side effects like most meds.

Zoladex experience
I've never felt so shit in all my life and the only thing I can pin it on is the
zoladex
maybe, I was on Decapeptyl before and also had headaches and chest pains with that.
