.008 PSA Bicalutimide Monotherapy
I am not aware of a study that investigated mono therapy for example start with Bicalutimide then
Zoladex
, then add Zytiga, next Xtandi or some formula like this. The ones I saw all start with hormone therapy and then add something else.

Skin darkening & swelling
Hi Has anyone on Ibrance, letrozole and
zoladex
combo found that the colour of their hands and feet have darkened? Also, any swelling to hands and feet? I’m not sure if I will be able wear shoes when I return to work 😱!! Sometimes my hands feel like they are about to pop!! Thx N

Thoughts on Zoladex?
I've heard absolute nightmares about
Zoladex
but to keep my reproductive function there is not much I won't do at this point!

menstrual period after zoladex
I was treated with
zoladex
for 2 months and after 60 days from the last injection of
zoladex
my period came. now at the second menstruation it is already 7 days late. I did a pregnancy test but it's negative. Do you know if after
zoladex
injections the menstrual period is irregular?

Tranexamic acid
Had coil removed and stopped
Zoladex
injections to give my body a break from over 10 years of drugs. I wish I hadn’t. The pain I thought was quite intense is nothing compared to what I’m feeling now.

Treatment Centres (UK or Worldwide)
He has currently been placed on 3 monthly injections of
zoladex
. I was wondering if anyone on here has ever been anywhere and achieved success with something similar?

HELP! What do I do next?
Anyways, I had a call with my NHS consultant today and she said that my only further option is to have the
Zoladex
injection to induce menopause but I would only be allowed it for six months because of my age!

Diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer 2016.
A top surgeon told me surgery no longer an option because it had spread and put me on ADT
Zoladex
. I elected to have monthly 3.6mg implants rather than the bigger 3 monthly implants. I stopped the ADT after only 2 months because of getting really bad side effects.

Two step approach to chocolate cysts
Recommends a two step approach, drain the cysts (mine are bilateral and big),
zoladex
for three months, remove the rest of the cysts. He wants to preserve my AMH and try to prevent premature ovarian failure. One cyst is up to 19cm.

What HRT are you on alongside Prostap? :)
I've had
Zoladex
before without HRT and it went a lot better than how the Prostap with HRT is going! I guess I'm trying to see if my HRT Kliovance is the problem. Thank you so much :)

Experiences with Zoladex
He has suggested trying
Zoladex
. The way it was phrased is that it’s a temporary menopause? I’m 26. Temporary, yeah I get that and I understand if it helps the pain then it’s definitely worth it. Just wondering what others experiences were who have tried
Zoladex
for endo. Did it help your pain?

Rising PSA
Been on

Zoladex
