I started pluvicto on Jan 24, 2024. I’m on zoladex quarterly as well. I currently feel good compared to when i began pluvicto. My labwork are all normal, no abnormalities. My last scans show reduced mets in lymph nodes but still in bones and no progression. Would you say things are looking good with pluvicto with the fluctuating PSA levels or should i move on to another treatment? Thank you.

thanks so much TA. will discuss with MO. will that mean stopping Pluvicto and continuing with Xofigo? will that be a better option than combining Pluvicto and Xtandi?
I love to keep treatment options in pockets and find best way to keep them for future. I always agree with Tall_Allen.
Options 1. - Finish the Pluvicto and find remaining spots from PSMA Pet Scan. May be SBRT is good treatment options if you have less than 5 spots after Pluvicto. SBRT is good options for Lymph node
Options 2 - Talk to doctor about immunotherapy after pluvicto treatment or add them with treatment : healthunlocked.com/advanced...
there are users on this group who took 12 cycles of pluvicto + Immunotherapy
I agree entirely with GLM. Especially Options #1 and #2. Your response to the Pluvicto, in terms of side effects, sounds very good. It takes its time to create its benefits. Please don’t stop it if you don’t have to. — SupportP
Hopefully you have a good health care team. If so they are the ones to ask. I just had a zoom appointment with my GU Oncologist and asked similar questions. I was not quite sure why Pluvicto was put on hold an targeted radiation to three out of more bone mets was decided on. It did not make total sense to me but I trust Dr. Aggarwal and know that he knows a lot more about treating this sort of cancer than I ever will and has my best interest in mind.
I did not have remarkable reduction in PSA, it has in fact gone up after the third Pluvicto treatment. Dr Aggarwal assured me that he is watching my labs and that we will make the best decisions as time goes by. If you do not have confidence in your health care providers, consider a second opinion or finding someone else. I actually have three oncologists at this point and they consult with each other.
Greetings setho, Would you be kind enough to add data to you bio (age? location? Treatment(s), Treatment centers(s), Doctor(s) and etc.). All info is voluntary but it helps us and helps you too. Thanks...
