Cyberknife is in my future
I was diagnosed Gleason 10 2.5 years ago and I've been through chemo (Docetaxel) ADT (
Zoladex
implants 3 monthly). Since January I've also been on Enzalutmide/Xtandi as PSA was rising with
Zoladex
alone, so was declared castration resistant.

Just fed up with the doctors
I was told surgery would not be the best route and instead I should take
zoladex
for 6 months and then 'we'll see'. I was not happy with this. I met with my GP today as it didn't make sense to me and I didn't feel comfortable starting
zoladex
when everything was so confusing.

A history of PSA readings, how accurate are they?
After coming off drug trial and resuming ADT drug therapy with
Zoladex
in 2013. My situation improved a little until last year September 2017 when PSA sky rocketed to 179!! As per usual my oncologist (3rd Onco by then) recommended CHEMO to which I totally refused to go there!!

Don’t give up or allow Endometrosis to take away your joy.
My Endometrosis was severe that treatment was started same week I was diagnosed, I didn’t know what the condition was about I was given 6
zoladex
and surgery.
Zoladex
put me in menopause and stayed in my system for 5 and half years.

Zoladex Injection - anyone else?
Off to get this today to ‘shut down’ my periods etc for 3 months to see if the pain I still have after 2 laps and the mirena coil is definitely Endo/Gyne related - has anyone recently had this same injection? How has it been? They have offered me HRT too to lessen the menopausal systems, would you recommend

in agony, after stopping zoladex treatment
Gyno said it was unheard of to have fevers with endo, but said to try
zoladex
and if that worked it would prove it was my endo. The injfections did stop all the pain and everything was great from pelvic point of view.

Endo and stopping zoladex
Gyne said go on
zoladex
to prove whther its endo or not and havent had any pain or fevers since been on it. But the hot flushes and mood was awful so didnt have my third/ last injection. Now last one was 8 weeks ago and in agony again. How long does
zoladex
take to wear off?

Naturopath Appointment.
They decided surgery would not be the best route as it would risk hysterectomy and they have recommended
zoladex
for 6 months and then 'we'll see'. I looked into this option and didn't feel this was satisfactory, I just felt there must be another option.

Pain in the Prostate (worse after TURP)
My previous MO said I had to stay on
Zoladex
as well as Enzalutamide. I'm not sure which one is right. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Should I have my ovaries removed at 26!
I am hoping to have a course of
zoladex

Terrible Flare Up
(I personally believe all my troubles stem from endo as it's all been so settled when I've been on
zoladex
/ after previous operations).

Has anyone tested for estrogen dominance? Planning on using progesterone cream.
I've been unhappy with my treatment option offered to me by my gynae (6 months
Zoladex
and then "we'll see"). I have an unusual endo presentation where it seems to be mostly growing inside a large fibroid that is growing outside my uterus and presses towards my back.

Zytiga plus Dexamethasone
Anyone any had experience of this combination as a replacement for Zytiga/Prednizolone whilst on
Zoladex
please? My PSA had remained stable around 100 -110 for 6 months but then rose swiftly to 236 over 2 months!
