Hi everyone... just need to put this out to people who would understand.... i was diagnosed with PV 3 years ago and had some kind of uneventful itching for years before that but I’m now at a point where I am just so tired of the intense pinching/itching which started a year ago....... I can’t

Side effects! Eczema
My side effects keep changing, even though my meds have not. This fall and winter, I developed an intermittent cold. I learned here that it is a side effect of Ibrance. Really helped to know that. Oncologist recommended Zyrtec. I never took it because that side effect has pretty much eased up. My problem

Allergies with Ibrance and Letrezol
has anyone who is on Ibrance and letrezol experienced a permanent runny nose and watery itchy eyes? I have tried Claritin, zyrtec, and allegra with no improvement with any of them. Doctor even gave me a steroidal nasal spray, no help either. I am at my wits end. Help!!!

Severe itching after kidney transplant
I had my transplant last month and I had two blood transfusions. One bag the first time then two bags the second time. I’m not sure if it’s the medications but I have had full body itching since I left the hospital. My doctors tried benedryl, Zyrtec, hydroxyzine pamoat and I have put anything from cortisone

Allergy injection help
Not sure if this page is still active, but if so, I need help with ways to help allergy injections be more comfortable. One of my injections really doesn’t bother me, but sometimes makes a little itchy place on my arm or it might make a small bruise. However the other shot (specifically the one that

Good news after scan
Good evening or good morning for some 😊 I've been on Exemestane and Everolimus from February 24, and had PET/ CT this week. Good news no new mets — no progression. Decreased activity in most tumors overall scan is much better than 4 months ago 😊 Ca15.3 down from 108 (2/7/2020) to 43 (5/20/2020),

My long awaited rheumatologist appointment.
On September 13th, 2017 my first doctor said I had PMR and prescribed 20mg prednisone after 30 days because of fatty deposits around my collarbone he told me to take zyrtec. What! My second doctor was a rheumatologist who did nothing remarkable and then retired. Me third doctor and primary care physician

Help with hives
Hi, thyroid friends. I tried posting in the skin group but didn’t get any replies. Since I know hives is linked to hypothyroidism/Hashimoto’s- I thought I might ask the group. I started noticing my chronic hives in November. I had never had them before and they happened to occur at a time when my TSH

Severe congestion associated with focalin for ADHD?
Hi there, mom of 8 year old boy with ADHD. We started my son on Focalin last March and he has had a severely congested nose ever since. We tried switching meds but the reality is they have the same drugs in them. Has anyone else had this experience? So far we chalked it up to coincidence and have tested

Sick of being sick
I have had a morning cough for several weeks. My dr had me try Zyrtec and taking my pantoprazole at a different time. I went back to my dr yesterday and was prescribed a sinus rinse several times a day and an antibiotic. I also had a chest X-ray. I haven’t gotten the results of the X-ray yet and I’m

What are your asthma flares like?
Question for the community: what are your severe asthma flares like? I’m in the middle of one and really struggling. The way mine manifest is: 1) I encounter a mild allergen such as dust or pet hair on someone’s clothes 2) I get allergic then the asthma kicks in and it becomes progressively hard to take

Xolair vs. Nucala (Omalizumab vs. Mepolizumab)
Hi there! I'm new here. I have severe allergic asthma. I take Symbicort, Spiriva, Zyrtec, and Flonase daily. I just started Xolair (Omalizumab) but I'm already worried it might not be a good fit. I feel exhausted, have had insomnia for days (I hadn't realized histamines play such an important role in

Are vitamins hurtful to the liver?
Hi all, I wanted to ask if any of you know if taking a woman's daily multivitamin and a separate vitamin C with D supplement plus a calcium supplement hurtful for the liver? I'm perimenopausal and was told I should take these things by a doctor that does not know ..at the time...that I had fatty liver

Hives everywhere
I have the worst case of hives I have ever had. Literally, entire parts of my body (stomach, feet are red, swollen and ITCHY! I went to an allergist and one of the first questions she asked was if I had any autoimmune diseases. Yep. She put me on Zantac and Zyrtec plus Benedryl when needed. What

Compounding pharmacy?
Can a pharmacy compound common OTC medicines like Tylenol, Zyrtec, Benedryl, etc. with OUT PG or PEG? Has anyone had this done? Would love to hear your experiences - thanks.

New to this Forum, Mom of 4 Boys & my 12yo is HFASD & ADHD I’m so curious about finding him the safest CBD oil...
So as I stated I want to get my baby on a more natural path as opposed to the 5-6 meds he is currently taking...of which we still have our daily challenges! Haloperidol, Amantadine, Prazosin, Ritalin & Concerta(aka extended release Ritalin) he also takes Zyrtec and Montukast daily for his seasons allergies

Hyperthyroid - What else is there to do?
I’m a female, 33 years old, married, no kids. I discovered I had hyperthyroidism about 3 months ago. I’d gone in for an obgyn appt because I missed a period in March and then had a very light period in April. We were hoping to start getting pregnant. The doctor did a blood test that showed it was a problem
