T3 Dosage
In addition I take: Magnesium Potassium
Zinc
Copper Selenium iodine " I am concerned that this dose of 130 mg of natural thyroxine is very high! I don't believe she titrated up to this dose. She just transferred from 200 mg of Levothyroxine.

I don't think my bloods are quite right yet
although I still feel there is room for improvement :) I am supplementing Iron, B12, Vit D, selenium and
zinc
plus copper in quite small doses. I take 137mg Levo daily (dropped from 150 after the bloods 3 months ago - I take 125 / 150 alternate days)..

2 Months since starting taking Armour NDT
Since the cortisol results, my GP recommended I take
Zinc
, Acidophilus and Digestive Enzymes supplements, which I have been taking for 2 weeks After these results I am aware that my B12 is too high so I plan to reduce my supplement for this (or maybe stop taking) I am hoping to see my Private Homeopath

Advice on selenium and zinc and endocrinologist
Hello everyone Do any of you take selenium and
zinc
? If so
zinc
with copper? I don’t want to mess with my system but I just got my bloods and TSH 0.5 (0.27-4.2 mU/L) and T4 22.1 (12-22 pmol/L). I was quite upset that they didn’t do T3 like I asked. GP said Lab decide if normal no need to do.

Interleukin-6 and PMR/GCA
It also affects the regulation of serum iron and
zinc
levels. In the liver, IL-6 causes CRP (C-reactive protein) to be produced. So what does this mean in practice? We have blood tests which help our doctors understand what is going on.

Low zinc, still falling despite supplementing.
I am a powerlifting rugby player and really do watch how I eat to ensure I get enough of everything - although I don't specifically track
zinc
I eat a lot of meat for the protein and get plenty of dairy and nuts.

Leaky gut, candida, and PA
I have been on supplement for B100, d3,,
zinc
, and magnesium for more than three months and I notice that my symptoms tend to flare more when taking the B100. I guess this isn't 100% about Pa, but everyone here seems a lot more knowledgeable.

CountryHealth
I did start taking D3, K2, Mag, Selenium &
Zinc
supplements and the latest TSH was 3.2. I have been made aware of a functional medicine organisation called CountryHealth.

Skin imprints - is it from water retention? - anyone else has this problem?
Recent results on 150 Levo for reference (have increased to 175 now with advice of our lovely peeps here :)): TSH suppressed T4 14 (10-22) T3 2.9 (2.5-6.5) Vitamins and rest optimal but D3 and
Zinc
which are bottom of the range.

Advice Please
My homocysteine level was 9.9, My MCH 32, MCV 95.5 MCHC 345 My potassium was 5.1 Creatinine 80umol/L
Zinc
13 (borderline ) My understanding is that B12 should reduce levels of Homocysteine, MCH and potassium ( which I understand can be depleted quite significantly after b12 injections)

Czech Beer Is Designed for Cancer Patients' Tastes
Schober observed that cancer is a proinflammatory state that diminishes the body's quantity of
zinc
, a mineral that helps with the growth of taste buds and thus regulates taste. "Some clinicians supplement with
zinc
, up to 30 mg a day," he said.
