Leaky gut, candida, and PA
I have been on supplement for B100, d3,,
zinc
, and magnesium for more than three months and I notice that my symptoms tend to flare more when taking the B100. I guess this isn't 100% about Pa, but everyone here seems a lot more knowledgeable.

I did start taking D3, K2, Mag, Selenium &
Zinc
supplements and the latest TSH was 3.2. I have been made aware of a functional medicine organisation called CountryHealth.

Zinc
which are bottom of the range.

Advice Please
My homocysteine level was 9.9, My MCH 32, MCV 95.5 MCHC 345 My potassium was 5.1 Creatinine 80umol/L
Zinc
13 (borderline ) My understanding is that B12 should reduce levels of Homocysteine, MCH and potassium ( which I understand can be depleted quite significantly after b12 injections)

Czech Beer Is Designed for Cancer Patients' Tastes
Schober observed that cancer is a proinflammatory state that diminishes the body's quantity of
zinc
, a mineral that helps with the growth of taste buds and thus regulates taste. "Some clinicians supplement with
zinc
, up to 30 mg a day," he said.

At my wits end! Months of ill health and multiple and conflicting endo opinions.
Iron levels, B12, Vitamin D etc are also within normal levels and I supplement regularly, even with
Zinc
and Selenium. I have MTHFT mutuation diagnosed after my most recent miscarriage and take methylfolate regularly.

Damaged and painful penis skin caused by harsh chemicals in cleanser. What remedies or products could help?
So far I've used Desitin (diaper rash cream) which has
zinc
oxide in it and has been known to help with friction burn on the penis. While it sort of helps temporarily, I think that's only because it's a buffer between my penis and my underwear.

Are Topical Zinc ointments bad for Parkinson's?
I use topical
Zinc
foot medicines daily and something I read keeps rattling around my memory saying that it might be bad for parkinson's if absorbed into the brain. Anyone have info on that specific item? My GP says it is not toxic to the system.
