Hypo diagnosis and suffering many symptoms. I am currently focusing on getting my vitamins and minerals optimum, whilst waiting on endo referral. I feel that i have a problem with absorption, i'm working on my gut health, as i have been supplementing for a year with very little change. Please can someone recommend a transdermal zinc spray along with dosage? My current level is 6 recommended range is 11-24.
