RLS trying to understand how to control without so much medicine
I have started taking a vitamin that has magnesium, zinc, and calcium the name of it is NatureMade . I have notice this is helping me . I take meripex extended release and sometimes I take less than a mg in this. I'm trying to make sure I take no more than 1 and a quarter mg when I am having augmentation

I have also done the Genova Adrenal Stress Profile test but am still waiting for the results, will post them separately when they arrive. Currently taking 2.25 grains Nature Throid at bedtime, at least 3 hours after any food. Increased from 2 grains nearly two months ago. I did the BH Thyroid Plus

My wife had a Blue Horizon test last week, and the tests are below. Regarding the B12, she is currently taking Natures Best B50 complex, so I guess we should reduce that to every other day. She is also on other supplements including, selenium, zinc and Vit D3, and we are pleased to note a reduction

I have never

Zinc - Clioquinol
New paper below [1]. Many will know that the normal prostate has the highest concentration of zinc in the body. Normal prostates also have large amount of citrate, & it seems that the role of zinc is to protect the citrate from being metabolized. An early event in the development of PCa is a reduction

Zinc supplements
Hi I recently started taking zinc supplements to help with skin problems and conversion from T4 to T3. I'd got some from Holland Barrett as a starter but I'm not sure about them as they contain copper. Its a high strength zinc chelate with copper. I was told that copper enhances absorpion of the zinc

It is what happens to your body after drinking a can of coca- cola.
Let's begin with the ingredients of cola. One can of cola has about 10 teaspoons of sugar, 150 calories, 30-55 milligrams of caffeine and is loaded with harmful artificial flavors and coloring. The major culprit in the cola ingredient list, however, is high-fructose corn syrup, and we'll tell you why

Hi all! I have been taking sustained release vitamin C (500mg once p/day) with zinc for a few months now. Mainly because I take Carbimazole and was looking to build up my immune strength. I have been very regular in bowel movements, although this is unheard of for me. I have also been experiencing
