Headrush
Is headrest a condition related to hypothyroidism? My heart palpitations seem to calm down. Still have them, but not as often. I just got a feeling headrushes in a row, like 4 in a row. And for the last 2 weeks I have headaches and I think some sort of trigeminal neuralgia. When I touch my forehead above

Rash and itching
For the past 2 years I have been getting allergic reactions, I will get a rash around chin and jaw line, sometime on my neck and behind my ears. I noticed that when I eat a lot of foods with high levels of histamine my rash comes back. My doctor prescribed me monteluska, I take it once at night. It did

Tsh 6.6 tell gp? Trying to conceive.
Hello! I am currently on no medication. I have been working on iron and got ferritin from 6 to 52 in the last year. I feel better but far from ideal. There’s lots of results below, I hope its helpful and not tmi. Question 1: should I give these latest results to gp? I’m reluctant as he deemed my fatigue

I only have a couple of symptoms of hyperthyroidism
I've been having my thyroid checked for about 12 months, having blood tests every 3 or 4 months. After the last one I got a call from my doctor's surgery saying I had to make an appointment to see the doctor; I don't know whether I have hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism. I'm reluctant to take medication

Hello again you lovely people, I apologise in advance for this post being full of numbers, but I was hoping people could have a wee look with what I'm doing supplement wise, and if I need to be doing more. I have hypothyroidism and have been thinking about vitamin supplements. In particular Selenium

Of all the supplements, vitamins, minerals you've ever routinely taken, what most helped your thyroid, if any?
Hi All, I have been trying to increase my low minerals and blood readings - in my case, Vitamin D, Ferritin, and (I'm debating further intake of) Iodine….And thats all aside from supplements I've taken now for decades like: Krill Oil, Biotin, Magnesium, Tumeric, Zinc, Copper, Don Quai, Evening Primrose

Arsenic in Drinking Water & PCa Risk.
New study below [1]. Not just for Iowans. There are many risk associations for PCa. Arsenic is just one, & exposure need not be due to pollution. "Inorganic arsenic is a toxic naturally occurring element in soil and water in many regions of the US including the Midwest." "As drinking water from groundwater
