Of all the supplements, vitamins, minerals you've ever routinely taken, what most helped your thyroid, if any?
Hi All, I have been trying to increase my low minerals and blood readings - in my case, Vitamin D, Ferritin, and (I'm debating further intake of) Iodine….And thats all aside from supplements I've taken now for decades like: Krill Oil, Biotin, Magnesium, Tumeric, Zinc, Copper, Don Quai, Evening Primrose

I give her selenium with zinc everyday, and some iron because her ferritin was 46 (13 -150). My question is do i just give her the selenium continuously or should she take a break from

Arsenic in Drinking Water & PCa Risk.
New study below [1]. Not just for Iowans. There are many risk associations for PCa. Arsenic is just one, & exposure need not be due to pollution. "Inorganic arsenic is a toxic naturally occurring element in soil and water in many regions of the US including the Midwest." "As drinking water from groundwater

Extreme Diets.
I define an extreme diet as one that flirts with deficiency of one or more essential nutrients. Sure, one can always take a pill to counter deficiency, but that would detract from the idea of an ideal diet meeting all of the needs of the body. Is there a place for an extreme diet when cancer is present

Introduction
My son is 14 and will be starting high school on Monday. He was diagnosed at 4 with high functioning autism and SPD but after taking him off gluten, dairy and dyes, these vastly improved. A few months ago our son lost his HFA diagnosis and gained ADHD and GAD (anxiety) diagnoses. Because of his history

Mouth Ulcers
Once a month I seem to get a really bad dose of Mouth Ulcers they are so painful and tend to appear on my tongue making it very difficult to eat and sometimes talk, this has been going on for a while now, the last few months I've also been getting sores on the corners of my mouth and really chapped lips

another VITAMIN question from a newbie
Does Magnesium need to be taken with zinc? Does Iron need to be taken with vitamin C? Does Vitamin D need to be taken with Vitamin K? I ask because I have the vitamins, just not the additionals that I read that MUST be taken. Can all of these vitamins be taken 4 hours away from thyroid TOGETHER? Blessings

I'm new here.. And hoping for answers! Looking for help with lab results and supplements.
Hoping to find some answers that I haven't found in multiple visits with multiple specialists. I'm a 20 year old female, 5'4" and 125 pounds.
