Iron tablet or syrup ?

Can we take iron syrup if tablet can't be digested by stomach ?? Am hypothyroid on 50 MCG... And here many said to take iron tablet with vit c so only. Body Wil absorb iron thy said.. so if I take this tablet ->

Dexorange Capsule contains Ferric Ammonium Citrate (160 mg) (equivalent to elemental Iron 32.8 mg), Vitamin B12 (7.5 mcg), Folic Acid (0.5 mg), Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate (20.61 mg) (Equivalent to elemental Zinc 7.5 mg)

Can I skip taking vitamin c tablet ??

Sorry you haven't had a reply - I'm not familiar with iron but my daughter prefers Floradix (also liquid iron).
