Hi All... Currently changed my BHRT cream to 0.75 mg Estriol and 20 mg Progesterone per day.... after feeling like crap... think due to higher progesterone... Sinemet and Restoril (Temazepam)
Has anyone heard that using Sinemet and Restoril together reduces the effectiveness of Sinemet? I take Sinenet and have been using Ambien for sleep for awhile but would like to get off of it as its effectiveness has been decreasing. I'll be talking to my doctor about this on my next visit, but I would

estrogen
This information is posted on Dr. Hertoghe's website: [i]There is some hesitancy among physicians to give estrone, because a few reports have suggested that estrone could be carcinogenic. Estriol, on the contrary, has better press .Many voices say estrogen should be added to every female hormone treatment

Restoril / temazepam
So, the dr thinks the oxycodone is giving me central sleep apnea and that's why I'm so exhausted all day. She wants me to give up the oxy and take restoril before bed instead. Anyone have any experience with it? Number 1, I highly doubt it will help my symptoms and number 2, it will probably cause csa

Pomegranate Juice
Some medications for high blood pressure include captopril (Capoten), enalapril (Vasotec), lisinopril (Prinivil,
Zestril
), ramipril (Altace), and others. Medications for high blood pressure (Antihypertensive drugs) Pomegranate seems to lower blood pressure.

Insulin & Weightloss
Insulin & Weightloss – the pivotal factor Insulin is one of several hormones that are produced by the pancreas. Although insulin is often thought of as simply controlling blood sugar levels, it actually has far reaching effects on many other hormones and metabolic processes throughout your body.
