Psyllium husk
Hello everyone I've just bought some Psyllium husk to try and add some more fibre to my diet in the hope it'll make me more regular. I've never taken anything to add fibre and I'm on a fairly bland diet at the moment following a recent bout of D. I'm normally pretty constipated. Does anyone have any

Has anyone found some Brazil nuts in supermarket packets taste of chemical?
Who buys supermarket packs of 'organic' Brazil nuts for selenium? Across however many packs, have you tasted what you think is weedkiller, sterilising fluid or chlorine - you can imagine the smell of those chemicals (not that you taste it of course) but SOME nuts are tainted and leaves the taste in

HPV 16&18 high risk
A little while ago I was diagnosed with HPV 16&18 high risk strains. It's the virus that causes cervical cancer and it's an STD. I only became sexually active about 4 years ago and I'm 30 years old. This sucks big time! My doctor encourage me to do treatment with CERVUGID Ovules combined with Isoprinosine

However I still feel ill, in fact I've been feeling worse since the treatment stopped. Horrible heart burn, pain in the upper
