How often are you self-testing INR and are your CCG providing enough test strips?
I am doing battle with local providers/ CCG regarding making enough strips available- some studies show weekly self testing produces much better times in range It would be really helpful to hear from anyone self testing- frequency, time in range - whether they have had easy access to test strips etc

What tests do I need to ask for?
Current symptoms Fatigue Tiredness Muscle pain Muscle stiffness Dizziness Lightheaded Breathlessness Nausea Reflux Depression Anxiety Memory problems No moons and ridges on fingers Dry skin and delayed healing of
wounds
Seems surgery doesn't wanna spend anymore money on me if every test is coming back

Foot ulcers
I have had chronic foot ulcers for some while now causing considerable pain and discomfort. I have tried every type of dressing and finally using one which seems to be making progress. The dressing is manuka honey. This was extremely painful when applied however the ulcer had got a couple of cm smaller

Anyone else on warfarin, and bruise/bleed....................
like the devil? Had to ring 111 last w/e couldn't stop a blood clot under the wrist caused by a slight knock. It was a pin prick but couldn't stop it bleeding for over an hour. To be more than fair, was offered an ambulance as my count was 5.6 earlier, however, felt embarrassed as that day it had gone

My mother had undergone mastectomy 2 months ago but the wound is not healing. Her stitches have come out and she has been advised grafting
Is this the only course available? Why does this happen? Is it because she removed her drain pipe early.

Total fed up and don't know what to do.
I'm so fed up with everything health wise. I saw my GP yesterday for results,he's a nice man but I might as well have stayed at home. I had a rheumatology appointment a month ago and was expecting a letter from that but no they must be waiting until I've had a scan of my feet before deciding on the next

Nose bleeds
Hello lovely Endo ladies. My last two periods have been very light thanks to the Mirena. Unfortunately I'm still experiencing severe pain I have noticed that when I'm on my period and whenever I wipe or blow my nose, there is blood on the tissue. Do you think this is Endo related (my nose doesn't

Minimally invasive oesophagectomy
However, yesterday I was really surprised at how small and neat the
wounds
are from minimally invasive techniques now available. I was participating as a patient at a mock exam for students who will be taking FCRS exams soon.
