Post lap cramps

I'm now 3 days post op... today I was less tired but still rested.

I'm finding the pain very minimal and have been mobilising slowly but well. However this evening I don't feel well... I keep having what feels like period cramps on the left side... They are making me naseous and feeling rough. My tummy feels like its going to work like when I have my periods. Which I was at the end of when I went for my lap.... my bleeding is now minimal but the cramping is worrying me! I don't remember this last time I had a lap....

Is this normal...

Wounds looks fine and I don't have a temperature!

The pain is in the same place I had it before the op and in my lower back.... now making me worry that all my pain was more the adeno than endo and that I'll be no better off yet...
