My get up and go has got up and gone.
Lost motivation. If found please return.... Over the weekend I did something silly. I was out in the blazing sun for 4hrs. I now have 2nd degree burns on my upper back and chest. Quite embarrassed about it and self conscious due to the dressings so have called in sick for my course which isn’t ideal.

Buserelin : How long until it works?
I'm in week 3 of my, pre oophorectomy, 3 month stint and so far, though I've had no side effects, I've also not noticed any relief at all. I've been scouring the internet for information but I can't find out how long the drug takes to kick in. The leaflet is next to useless and I don't want to have to

Blood trapped during circumcision process.
I have a feeling that if the stitches are gone and the
wounds
are gone maybe it will be able to circulate the body again. (Dont mind a dark brown liquid on my penis, it's just a betadine to prevent infections)

Moved up scans
I googled some indicating xgeva made their previous bone
wounds
more sensitive. But I also don’t like the look of my scalp met. It’s a scab after March biopsy. Hasn’t gone away or reduced. My hope is it’s only a non-cancerous growth at this point.

Let's pause to reflect....
Hey all! In addition to it being the 4th of July holiday here in America, another iconic event happened on this day in 1939. Lou Gehrig, future Hall of Fame First Baseman for the New York Yankees, gave his "Luckiest Man on the Face of the Earth" speech. Two month previously, Gehrig had been diagnosed

Lap wounds!
Hi ladies, I had my lap on Tuesday and was sent home without any aftercare information on how to look after the incision
wounds
. The blood has soaked through the bandages and I haven’t been given any spares.

Freak accident 😜 Surgery?
Hello friends! My husband and I just returned from a fabulous vacation in horse and bourbon country, USA--aka-- Kentucky. Despite smashing my foot while using a hotel elliptical 🤪 and spending our first day in the emergency room for a broken foot, we had a great time! Has anyone here ever broken a cuneiform

How Long For...
For instance:- i) I was advised to use separate flannels and towels for the
wounds
. These appear to be healing well and half the chest one no longer has any scab just a thin red line. So do I still need the separate flannels and towels?

Everything you need to know about wisdom teeth removal
If so, he'll stitch the
wounds
. Because of anesthesia, we won't feel any pain during the surgery. But after the surgery, the pain will start. The first 2,3 days after the surgery will be very painful, even if we take painkillers. The pain will spread to your jaws and neck.

venous blood draws vs finger stick
I was in process of changing Primary Care Docs. That included switching to a different clinic for INR/PT checks. They sent a letter saying they would not offer finger prick tests and insisted that I would need venous blood draws. I am pretty sure this was shown in the group to be a false assumption

Wound up
Hello, just writing to see if anyone ever has days when they feel wound up? I’ve been feeling wound up for the last few days. It sucks. I just finished working out for about an hour. I also meditated, and I’m still feeling wound up. I’m on 2 meds plus I take Xanax when needed. I also cut back tremendously

arghh I really hate when I do not save things
BUT, and there is always a but, time really will heal all
wounds
. Not what YOU may want to hear, but YOU are strong enough and smart enough to get through this, just keep riding. Walk one foot in front of the other. Now do it again and again, YOU are not beaten.

dealing with wounds from surgery without a flat stomach?
I have always wondered this. Anyone who, like me, does not have a flat stomach how did this affect the incisions that were made? I have some fat and also a bit of a stomach apron due to past weight loss, this comes down over my bikini line. I see pictures of women with incisions in various spots but
