Weird looking penis after circumcision (Day 5 Post-Op)?

I had my circumcision operation 5 days ago, and things got quite weird. The surface of the glans is doing fine as the redness and swelling is going off slowly. However what worries me is the skin around the stitches, it became quite big after 5 days, and was not as big in day 1 to 3. Also the bottom of my penis as shown in the photo. There is a black thingy on it, and some yellow milky discharge seems coming out from there. Is this normal? As you can see I had a bleeding last night due to erection at the left side of the penis, will this disrupt the healing process?

And one more thing, how should I clean my wounds after urine?

The redness could be a blood clot, but to be honest it does look a bit'messy'. If you are not in undue pain leave it a couple of days before going to Dr. Try a short soak in warm, shallow salt bath.

Tight pants may reduce erections and after peeing just dab dry with toilet tissue.

Thanks. I am so worried. This morning during erection it bleeds again, I am quite depressed, it’s been 7 days but seems like it’s not recovering.
