Beautiful Morning 😊
Getting better ❤️🩹 still a couple small dime size open
wounds
. Down to 3x3 bandages and not a big wrap around any more 🤞🏼. Hopefully by next week done with bandages 🙏. Getting way tired of doctors appointments but it’s what we have to do. At least I’m home and have care coming in🙏.

5 weeks after foot surgery
I was told that I couldn’t have the steroid as it would prevent
wounds
from healing 🙁. I’ve been 7 weeks off my Abatacept now & really hurting everywhere now. Just wondering how others have coped. Im seeing the Consultant next week & hoping the pins can come out shortly.

How to improve your blood pressure
A lot of
wounds
are being deeply activated in the collective at the moment. So dance more. Care about what others think, way less. What feels pressured, remove yourself, the best you can, from it. Notice too the inner narratives. Kidneys regulate blood pressure profoundly.

belly button re infected 6 weeks after op
hello, I’ve been quite unwell with a nasty virus, temperature, coughing and body aches. I had a week long course of antibiotics which cleared up the laparoscopic wound infection to my belly button. Unfortunately, I’ve had some pain in it the last few days and when I woke up this morning to check it

No self worth
Re-opening the

and rubbing salt in it. I thought about breaking up with him, or making him angry enough to break up with me, and killing myself. I had a plan and everything. But once again he got through to me and kept me alive another day. But this has repeated a few times this week.

Confused
Since last October I have had five courses of Anti Biotics, relating to Chest and Viral Infections, and operation
wounds
. I have also had periodic bad sweats cold and hot, which I am told could be related to Infections.

Tips for Circumcision
I was advised on Day 14, that I only needed to keep the swab and crepe bandage on at night to support my erections for the next 4 weeks but I just kept the dressings on during the day too as my stitches were still not out and I did not want to risk any wound irritation/ infection from open
wounds
.

Thinking of our conversation on pred level and how to handle stressful moments to keep adrenal drama at bay....
I have to bandage them because the blisters popped and I have to deal with
wounds
and they drip fluid. This has been going on for months and today I finally.have this 1.5 long scan or whatever that will confirm what is happening. I have bad knees and OA, RA, fibromyalgia, Sjogrens disease.

Ablation wound
Just trying to pick some brains.I've read the ablation fact sheet and see that its perfectly normal to have a bruise and lump at the puncture site. I just wondered for those of you who have had ablation and noticed the small lump, how long did it stay there?. Thanks in advance
