Post lap bellybutton
Hi, I'm 2 weeks post lap and curious if anyone else feels as if their bellybutton stitch is/was pulling down and causing pain? I have been to dr and have a mild wound infection so on antibiotics atm. This pulling down feeling seems to put pressure on my bladder and cause urethra shooting pain when urinating

Petition - Create a publicly owned manufacturer for off-patent, generic drugs in the UK
Although the price of liothyronine has decreased quite a lot over the last couple of years, it is STILL extortionate! This petition really needs your support. Even if you don't have to pay for your own T3 medication, or don't need this medication, your signature on this petition will contribute towards

COLLAGEN POWDER
Hi I have SLE and have been trying to reduce my MTX and prednisolone doses, with some success. Our local health food store was suggesting a collagen supplement. Has anyone heard of adding collagen powder to smoothies or sprinkling on cereal as an aid to building connective tissue? I bought some anyway

Any new treatments out there?
Hi, I was just wondering if there were any new treatments out there for lymphedema? I read about some clinical trials of a drug called ketoprofen, but I wondered if any body knows of any other treatments or trials that are happening at the moment. Best wishes.

Varicocele NHS surgeons/hospitals
My husband has been diagnosed with varicocele, and we're hoping to find specific NHS surgeons or departments with a good track record of performing this surgery to be referred to, given the severity of it. We're new to the UK and are unsure what's the average waiting time for being referred for surgery

Healing ?
I saw this video on tiktok a counselor talking about healing and finding out what is the deeper problem. I don't know if I was ever told I wasn't good enough or it developed on its own but all I know it has to stop. He said to heal you need to look deep with in your pain for self hate. Who or what is

Anyone else feeling even more miserable after therapy? Pls help 😭
And i feel like i should have just gone bottle it up instead of opening the
wounds
. So triggered. I tried multiply therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists. Nothing helps. I feel like i'm useless, unredeemable, a slave of my traumas. I can't heal. I'm broken.

Superior Limbic Keratoconjunctivitis
Went to see my Consultant Ophthalmologist today (great chap who sorted my floaters, which were the size of icebergs, a couple of years ago and said that I would need cataracts sorted sooner or later so elected to do them at the same time as the floaters and all on the NHS – perfect) as I have some discomfort

A lumpectomy gone askew
I had IORT July 2018 for a 1.5 cm ductal carcinoma. My doc said "oops, I missed a little cancer you better have adjutant radiation as well." I complied. In June of 2020 my surgery site became infected and I developed and still have a seroma/hematoma. I received lymphatic physical therapy and now wound
