Overwhelmed

In the past month I have been mentally tore down literally broken bones, I have a boyfriend that doesn't respect my boundaries yet douts all over me whenever I need him, I've had the worst luck in the world for the past 30 days almost everything you can imagine has happened to me including a stalking ex-boyfriend totaling my car yesterday, having to start all over and make payments again. My anxiety tells me I'm going to lose my job now which is probably just anxiety triggering my PTSD. If anybody can give me any what's up or anything please chat with me. I work 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. eastern standard time.. I sleep daytime it's hard for me to communicate that's why I can't go to therapy because of my time limitations

Thanks. It took me 2 days to get back. I'm a true mess. I've got so much going on , my head is all over the place
