Got circumcised 3 weeks ago my stitches all fell out in the first 10days so all the wounds have healed up but i got a problem where i feel pain on my penis on veins near the bladder and i got some swollen lymph nodes on mh bladder it becomes painful when i get an erection and if i get and erectioms it becomes so big that it shows its stil swollen so should i be concerned or its part of the healin

If you have swollen lymph nodes you are likely to have an infection. Please see a doctor as soon as possible.
