Problems chewing food and swallowing
My husband had 3 trips to the ER from "aspiration pneumonia" which resulted in a barium swallow test, and swallowing strategies to help him swallow without choking. He should have addressed the chewing issues a year or so ago because he has lost 50 lbs from not wanting to eat. His doctors all noticed

Tertiary Hypothyroidism
You hear a lot about Primary and even Secondary hypothyroidism but very little about Tertiary hypothyroidism. Has anyone on here been diagnosed with it or had any Hypothalamic Dysfunction recognised?

Working in a hot climate.
Hi has anyone worked in a hot climate? I have been offered a job in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. I know its hot out there but I think it will be mostly office based. I'm going to have a meeting mid September about my role it will be in construction. I'm not working at the moment I quit my job December 2013.

Kids on Love. Questions were posed about love and marriage to kids between 5-10 years old. Here are their answers.
Q. What is the proper age to get married? A. 84- because at that age, you don't have to work any more, and you can spend all your time loving in the bedroom. A. Once I'm done with kindergarten, I'm gonna find me a wife. Q. What do most people do on a date? A. On the first date they just tell each other
