Undiagnosed, advice welcome
First up hello everybody. I'm a 33 year old male from the UK. I went to doctor's with some symptoms and they ordered blood tests which 99% were in range and seem happy at that. I know I need more testing but don't know where to start and what to ask for. Symptoms: Low pulse 40bpm Basal temp. 36.1 degrees

Can anyone advise please what is the best website to help me understand what my blood test results mean?
I know what the main ones mean, like ANA, and Complement levels, but the recent set are Double Dutch to me! I've got things I've never heard of like DNA Abs, ENA, ESR, C-reactive protein, as well at the full blood count ones. I'm really trying to learn more - I find that, the more I understand about

Has anyone who has exercise induced AF used beta alanine pre-exercise and found it suppressed AF?
On the next two gym sessions (one resistance and one cardio) I took a pre-exercise drink of 2.5g beta alanine with about 25g of
whey
protein
and 25g of a commercial carbohydrate containing maltodextrin, dextrose and about 500mg of glycine. Neither 90 minute session produced AF.

Can anyone reassure me please.
I was diagnosed with hypothyroid in 2012. My results for thyroid stim hormone were >150.00 and my free T4 levels were <5. My blood glucose result was 6.5. I was put on 125mg of levothyroxine. My next blood test 8 weeks later showed my TSH thyroid stim as 13.06. My blood glucose as 4.5 and my free T4
