I have B12 injections, take iron tablets, rosehip/vit C and fish oil supplements, I got told to come off vitamin D as I had too much in my system. I am on 175mcg Levothyroxine and have been told that my results are in range. I also feel totally

On a mission to eat healthily!
I’m quite proud of myself today as I was in work but still managed to eat three healthy meals and a few healthy snacks. Breakfast was porridge, almond milk, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Instead of my usual cuppa I had two cups of hot water with lemon

Pulmonary Hypertension - can DHA in fish oil reduce arterial pressures?
I have discovered something that I think is very important and I just want to share the info. For those who just want the take home message - reducing Omega 6 in the diet and increasing Omega 3 (specifically by taking the DHA in fish oil) can possibly reduce arterial pressures. Everything you think is

Fish with extra Fish
Hello! I know everyone is not a fan, but I love the stuff. Low carbs & fish oil is good for you. I have been a type 1 diabetic since England WON a big football game. That's 52 years. Put seafood near me & it's gone. I do not like the sweet stuff & am pleased.

ADHD and Ritalin
Hello. I have an 8 year old son who was recently diagnosed with ADHD. We’ve been avoiding medication to see if other factors helped to control some of the issues. We have been using essential oils on him, changed his diet to remove sugars and dyes (which he hardly had any to begin with), and even

Taking supplements to Italy?
hi all, just wondering if any of you know if it is ok to take my massive array of supplements with me on a forthcoming trip to Italy? I'll take levo in it's box, but the rest of the supplements I'm decanting to zip lock bags. Way too many to take in original packaging. Also it is two weeks, so too long

Next steps?
Am meeting with oncologist next week seeking opinions, guidance and wisdom from the group. I am relatively new and appreciate the insight and loving care generated by group members. Am 68 years old. History is complicated, was in pretty good health until 2 1/2 years ago. January 2017 had severe neck
