i'm taking manatol, mucuna green tea with tummeric and fish oil. thinking of adding thiamine. anyone else doing this?

I'm taking mannitol (over one year) and began thiamine hcl (100 mg IM every third day) 4 month ago. I also take curcumin.

I do not get the feeling that I'm doing it right. It's as if the disease was stopped in its tracks, thanks to mannitol, and that I could expect more from thiamine, but missing something. A vitamin B complex maybe, or to take the oral form (pills) ?

Just my feelings, nothing scientific there.

Thanks for your reply. How much mannitol do u take. I bought B1 500 mg but have not taken it yet it seemed a lot.

Mannitol : I follow CliniCrowd instructions. It depends on your weight. For me That's 9 g per day.

If you have the feeling that the disease was stopped in its tracks why do you get the feeling that you are not doing it right ?

Do you take mucuna ?

Hi Marcet,

I do not take mucuna pruriens powder. It's too close to the L-Dopa I'm taking already.

My feeling is relative to my first days with Thiamine when it was really feeling like a liberation. Rigidity gone, normal gait, energy back. I do not understand why they came back : maybe i'm overdosing, maybe the oral form is better, maybe that's the coffee I still take (two espressos, instead of five a day).

I am with you on feeling this way. I feel I had a better response to 100mg daily of allithiamine than I have on almost four months of injections.

My routine is similar. Added 150 mg allithiamin in am and have seen improvement, may change to thiamine Hcl to see if there is a difference. I’m early stages and with exercise, diet, and supplements am feeling almost normal. I take 1/2 sinemet am and mid afternoon with mucuna as well
