Joint Pain

Does anybody know how I can ease extreme all over joint pain? I have B12 injections, take iron tablets, rosehip/vit C and fish oil supplements, I got told to come off vitamin D as I had too much in my system. I am on 175mcg Levothyroxine and have been told that my results are in range. I also feel totally shattered all the time. My GP won't test for T3, or RT3.

What are your 'in range' results? It's ridiculous that they're all now refusing to test T3 ~ SlowDragon was telling me yesterday it only costs them 92p!😳 Were you taking Vit K2mk7 and magnesium with your Vit D? These are essential ~ I had no idea about having to take K2 when my very low Vit D was being treated, and it caused many problems.

If you have slow metabolism and constipation/gut issues, there is now a K2 Better You spray. They do a variety of excellent sprays 😊 What is your Vit D level? GPs seem to have a completely different idea of what's in range. I had all the symptoms of RA and was convinced I had it, but joint pain is improved a lot having spent a year on all supplements advised on here and taking T3.

IMO you would be better off getting a private test to see what all your levels are. If you wait for GP your health may get worse and you will be offered a myriad of potentially useless and damaging drugs. If T3 is also low, you may need to add a bit to your Levo, like many other members. GP is unlikely to prescribe, or even discuss it, but you could buy your own if it's shown you need it. Knowledgeable members are very helpful with this ~ better than suffering in pain. 🌻🐝 xx

I am about to try 'Imove'. My dog recently started limping and X rays showed nothing wrong. I was advised to rest him and give painkillers. After a few days of being okay, he would limp again. I came across a product for dogs called 'Yumove' and the results are nothing short of a miracle! I then discovered the same company makes 'Imove' for humans. The write-ups are very good so I am hoping I too will once again have flexible, pain-free limbs and be full of life..!

Sorry ~ just read your other post~ dohh! and see that you're taking NDT ~ same applies really, you may need some T3 added to that. It may just be vits though SeasideSusie would be able to advise you with her extensive insight into these matters😊 ~ saved me!! 💕xx

Serrapeptase is an anti inflammatory as well as great for sinus and respiratory infections. It works as a subtle pain killer.
