Hello! I know everyone is not a fan, but I love the stuff. Low carbs & fish oil is good for you. I have been a type 1 diabetic since England WON a big football game. That's 52 years. Put seafood near me & it's gone. I do not like the sweet stuff & am pleased.

I quite often talk to students at local unis. That's Drs Nurses etc. They are from all over the world & one of the first things I put to them is ? When did England win the world cup ? Even the students who have not got a clue about football answer ! 1966 ? I was 3yrs old.

You say fish oil is healthy. Well certainly getting omega-3 into your diet is important. However you may notice that fish oil is disappearing from UK supplier shelves. Could that have anything to do with mercury levels?
