Hi peeps, wondering if anyone knows if face creams with soya oil or wheat germ oil are ok to use when omitting these foods in diet for Hashimotos ? Or best avoided ?

Trying to find the right natural face cream for my rapidly sagging face !

- Do you ever catch your reflection and wonder who that old bag lady is ??!!!

Every day, I try not to look now :D

Oh dear, I had a landmark birthday recently, I am an OLD bag lady :(

Sorry, I can't help with your question about cream, I have my own favourite organic moisturiser and it doesn't contain it. I think Nivea Soft came out tops in a recent test (beating all the very expensive ones) if you want to check that out.

Haha, yes I'm rapidly approaching the big 50 ! and really noticing the ' invisible ' factor lately, was standing in a shop the other day looking at phones, and the assistant asked the guy next to me if he needed help and ignored me, damn cheek, well they lost a sale!

Whats the organic one you use?, I found a good organic one by Lavera, with Q10, but will check the Nivea too, cheers Susie :)

This is the one I use organicsurge.com/products/s... but I compare prices, got a super bargain just before Christmas, around £8 a jar and a pop up discount came up with the site I was looking on and I got them just over £6 each. Ebay not bad at the moment ebay.co.uk/itm/Organic-Surg...

cheers :) , I'm going to treat myself to a lavera one ' for demanding skin. With white tea and karanja oil. Anti Age while you sleep' it has natural hyaluronic acid in it, and hope it has enough oomph!

I avoid gluten / wheat products in skin products.

I used to use Dr. Hauschka (dr.hauschka.com/en_GB/) but for the last few months have been using stripped skincare (strippedskincare.co.uk/)

Not what you're looking for?
