Benefits of flax seeds (ground)
My sister came to stay and was suffering from hot flashes. Partly to help her and looking into this for myself in the future I came across an article on flax seeds helping with mild menopausal symptoms so I thought I’d share the information. My sister is vegetarian and not vegan but does anyone have

Please help: Gastrointestinal symptoms
27 year old female, diagnosed with anti-parietal cells 6 years ago.
I'll try to keep it as brief and succinct as possible ... I have severe gastrointestinal discomfort. Every single day of my life, without fail. Doesn't matter how well I eat. My diet is immaculate yet I get extremely bloated,

Breaking fast early today... ❀
Today I woke up rather early, and honestly lately I feel very rested after only 5-6 hours of sleep, but I digress, what I wanted to say was that when I woke up this morning I looked into the mirror and noticed that my skin was glowing, my face, and arms and chest looked luminescent, I felt rested and

IBS treatment helps but still getting indigestion
Recently I've been diagnosed with IBS and I've been given mebeverine to help with the cramps, which has worked. RLS in Pregnancy
Hi I am 28weeks pregnant and have restless legs and arms at night for about 6 weeks now. I am averaging 2-3 hours sleep, if that a night. So far I have been trying to treat at home with a combination of Epsom salts baths, massage, stretching, magnesium supplements and essential oils. Nothing seems to

unable to run since c25k graduation
I did a big push to complete the programme on 10th July with the last 6 runs in 12 days, feeling very positive although not easy, and followed up with 28k and 34k walks on 11 and 13 July. After a couple of rest days, I tried to run again but could only do about 15 minutes before feeling muscles are too

Stage 3 to 2: how I brought down creatinine levels and question about results
I am a 55 year old guy, in good shape, no high blood pressure, no diabetes, no hypertension. Don't smoke, drink and workout 3x a week since my 20s. Since 2007 my GFR has always really been between a 69 and a 78. I am pretty muscular. This past June 3rd, I got results back that were a creatinine of

My very first 10-miler!
Hello lovely running fiends 👹 I just realised that it has been a very very long time since I made a post on this site, so I will try not to ramble on too much! I started my HM training in June, in prep for a September half. It's a local one, so not particularly illustrious, but will be a good start

Can C/L and venlaxafine ( effexor/ SSNRI) possibly be the reason I experience some symptoms ?,?
I really need some advice. I think perhaps some of my symptoms may be caused by one or more of my medications. I received a DAT SCAN (showed loss of dopamine in the right and left side of my brain) in 2015 confirming that I have Parkinson's but because my progression seems to be faster than most ,

Endometriosis and various allergies
Just wondering. Having had severe endometriosis since I was 17 and I’m now 48 I've suffered very many kinds of nasty allergies over the years, does anyone else have chronic allergies too? I’m talking allergies to cosmetics, shampoos, perfumes, essential oils, skin rashes, rosacea, contact dermatitis.

Hi everyone, I hope everyone is well and managing their symptoms. Just to provide a history of what’s been going on. For over a year I have been having problems with my stomach. - a feeling of fullness and bloating in my stomach. This is always present and never goes away regardless of whether I eat
