We had our 2nd transfer 5 day embryo, first frozen, yesterday with 2 embryos remaining. We've opted for the natural cycle given that my cycles were regular (around 28 days), but a couple of long cycles threw things a little bit (I was up to 31 days). Ovulation happened on Day 19 and Transfer took place 6 days later, yesterday, 15th May. OTD is 30th May.
Prior to transfer I have been eating pineapple, taking vitamins and probiotics (Optibac) and trying to up my fruit and veg intake. I will be eating more fibre, getting plenty of rest, but still doing light exercise and I've been told that laughter has been proven to help so I guess "Friends" will be on repeat 😂 I've always got cold feet and been told to keep them cosy so the cosy socks are a permanent fixture. I've managed to take a few days off work over the next 2 weeks too so hopefully that will help me relax a bit.
